Ingredients
Maika`i Arrabbiata Sauce, 1 Jar
Frozen Maika`i Butternut Squash Ravioli, 2 Packages
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1 1/2 Cups
Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 Cup
Maika`i Organic Spinach, 1/2 Bag
Optional: Basil, for garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Maika`i Arrabbiata sauce
  • 2 packages frozen Maika`i Butternut Squash Ravioli
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bag of Maika`i Organic Spinach, thawed and squeezed to mostly dry
  • Optional garnish: Basil

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray 7x11 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Spread 1/3 of a jar of arrabbiata sauce evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add 1 package of ravioli in an even layer over the sauce. Sprinkle 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese over the spinach. Then, add another layer of sauce, ravioli, sauce, spinach, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  3. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray. Cover the dish with aluminum foil, sprayed side down. Bake the lasagna for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with basil, if desired. Serve warm.
